The thing I love about one-piece spatulas is the look. Everything flows from the spatula end to the handle. It has a rustic look that easily identifies it as having been forged by a blacksmith.
Looks aside, the rustic spatula is forged from solid steel ensuring it’s strong and will last you a lifetime. There’s a bevel on the end of the spatula to help you get under more delicate things such as fried eggs. It’s also great for cutting things in the frying pan to segment out portions.
