This hand-forged cheese knife is created through a traditional forging process. The result is a unique, durable, and high-quality cheese knife with a distinct appearance. The craftsmanship involved in making this cheese knife ensures its strength, sharpness, and overall beauty. Whether you’re a cheese connoisseur or simply appreciate artisanal craftsmanship, a hand-forged cheese knife can be a wonderful addition to your kitchen collection.
This is a larger cheese knife with a blade length of around 4 1/2″ so it can tackle large blocks of cheese. Of course it’s just as capable of cutting smaller blocks of cheese as well. It also works well on hard and soft cheeses.
The blade features a textured surface that helps keep the cheese from sticking to the blade. Don’t you hate when that happens? Me too! The texture also just looks nice and gives it a unique appearance.
The handle is just over 3″ in length and fits comfortably in your hand. The angle on the handle allows you to get more leverage for cutting those harder cheeses and keeps your knuckles from hitting the cutting board or counter.
Forged out solid steel so it’s a knife that will hold up to years and years of use.
Overall, this is a simple design that will look great with any charcuterie board you put together.
